Cotteswold Cottage
In 2006, following a restoration taking over two years, we opened Cotteswold Cottage offering a high standard of self-catering for up to four people. The cottage was originally built as a barn for Cotteswold House about 400 years ago, and lies within the conservation area of Northleach.
Rates are for the cottage for the week, are all-inclusive and can be found here.

The cottage has seen many different uses over the years – from an electrical shop to offices for a computer software company. For many years it was the headquarters for the Porsche Car Club! When we found it, the cottage was derelict and the roof was leaking. Over the last two years the cottage has been extensively renovated to provide comfortable self-catering accommodation for four people.
The front door opens into a lounge dining room, with a comfortable leather corner sofa and, as you would expect - a rocking chair! There is a dresser and a dining table.

The compact kitchen area is fully equipped with a full size cooker (electric), fridge and microwave oven. There is central heating, incorporating radiators as well as under-floor heating downstairs.
The town of Northleach lies in a dip in the Cotswold Hills, so we have installed a satellite television system in the cottage with Sky freeview offering over 200 television and radio channels. There are televisions in each of the bedrooms (the twin bedded room has a 24 inch widescreen set), with a widescreen LCD screen and DVD player in the lounge.
Upstairs are two bedrooms – each with its own shower room. One room has twin beds and has exposed beams and a pitched ceiling that gives the room a feeling of spaciousness. Just across the landing is a fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower wash basin and toilet.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
