Bed & Breakfast
We are normally available for arrivals from 4:00 p.m. Please inform us of your expected time of arrival.
Check out is 10:30 a.m.
The house is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed.
Cancellations. we take a deposit of the first night charge, which we reserve the right to charge if bookings are not taken up, or are cancelled at short notice. We will endeavour to re-book rooms, but if this is not possible then the charge will be made.
Self Catering Cottage
All bookings are for complete weeks from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage is normally available from 4:00 p.m. Please inform us of your expected time of arrival. Keys can be collected from Cotteswold House, which is next door to the cottage, on the corner of the Market Place.
Check out is 11:00 a.m.
Provisional bookings are not accepted. On making a firm booking, the client becomes liable for the full charge for the week. Clients are urged to take out holiday insurance to cover the costs of unexpected cancellation.
A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is required with each firm booking. The balance of the rental charge is payable six weeks before the start of the holiday period.
The client agrees to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition. Where this is not done, we reserve the right to charge the additional costs of cleaning together with the cost of accommodating clients until the cottage can be re-let.
All breakage and damage must be reported and paid for on vacating the cottage.
Client’s baggage, personal effects, their vehicles and contents are at the owner’s risk at all times
The cottage is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed.
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons indicated (4) occupy the cottage.
The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the cottage.
